The Market Intelligence Mapping Report, delivers the first stage of a search assignment. The report provides an overview of the prime candidates within a sector and function, against a target role. Through this process we also provide competitive intelligence on where potential candidates are found, their current role and backgrounds. This approach provides a cost-effective scan of the market to enable the client to decide whether to pursue an internal succession plan or to initiate an external market search. This approach supports the leadership diversity plans for both executive and non-executive appointments.
