Formerly a client facing Change Management & Organisation Effectiveness Partner with Andersen UK/Accenture, and leader of the Human Capital practice. Gerry subsequently became a lead European Partner with KPMG Consulting, where he reported directly to the Global CEO of Consulting with responsibility for: People & Organisation Strategy, client facing change management projects for the EMEAS region; also overseeing Partner & Director level hiring and capability assessment. Gerry is an LL.B. graduate in Law and a Fellow of the CIPD. He is qualified in Leadership assessment and psychometric evaluation. An NED and Advisory Board Member who mentors and coaches CEOs, plus MD, CFO, HRD, CIO et al; Legal and Professional Services Partners and their teams.

Penny Harris

Co-Founder Partner

Penny’s experience and track record have been acquired in industry, financial services and consultancy. She started her career at Pilkington NSG the global leader in glass manufacturing and technology as a technical specialist monitoring hazardous chemicals in the Environment, within the group Health and Safety function.

Subsequently, via a creative agency route, she was drawn into marketing and joined a new start up subsidiary of Tetra Pack with responsibility for business to business sales and marketing. Many clients were banks and leaders in the financial sector, which led to her joining HSBC as Head of Direct Marketing. She was subsequently headhunted to join TSB progressing to lead Marketing Communications responsible for a budget of £22M.

When Lloyds and TSB merged Penny had the opportunity to work with the newly appointed Marketing Director on the new Brands Strategy and she played a key role in the development of the corporate identity for Lloyds TSB working with Wolf Olins.

Qualifications include a degree in Chemistry and post-graduate qualification in marketing.
